One Pice provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and temporarily download a copy of the materials on the Site solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not (i) use, copy, modify, display, delete, distribute, download, store, reproduce, transmit, publish, sell, re-sell, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site Material, or (ii) use the Site Material on other websites or in any media, including social media, without prior written consent from One Pice.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively referred to as “Marks”) displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of One Pice or the respective clients. You may not use the Marks in any way without the Company’s prior written permission.
On this Site, we may offer a forum, blog, chat area, message board, or similar features where you can share your own content or engage with others (collectively referred to as “Forum”). By submitting any content to the Site, you grant One Pice a perpetual, royalty-free license to publish and distribute that content globally in connection with the Site and Forum, as well as in other media.
When using the Site or participating in any Forum, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines and NOT to:
– Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws and regulations, including U.S. export laws and anti-discrimination statutes.

– Copy, modify, reproduce, delete, distribute, download, store, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any Site Materials, except for your own content.
– Submit inaccurate, false, or misleading information, including resumes or personal data.
– Impersonate any individual or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any party.
– Collect personal information from other users for marketing or other improper purposes.
– “Frame” or “mirror” the Site or any part of it without permission.
– Use automated tools (such as bots or spiders) to retrieve, index, or reproduce any part of the Site or its content, except for public search engines creating search indices, which we may revoke at our discretion.
The Site may allow you to create a user profile. Upon doing so, you will receive an account login and a temporary password. It is your responsibility to (a) keep your account login and password confidential; (b) regularly update your password; and (c) notify One Pice immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches.
One Pice gathers, utilizes, and shares information collected through this Site as outlined in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, and each time you access the Site, you consent to the collection and disclosure of your information in line with the Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnify, defend, and protect One Pice Company, its clients, and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, and licensors from any claims or demands made by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, attorney and legal fees, resulting from or related to your use of the Site or your breach of any terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use.
Access to the Site is granted only to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements according to applicable laws. The Site is not intended for users who are minors; if you are under the age of majority, you are not permitted to use the Site. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use or lack the authority to accept them, you must refrain from using the Site.
These Terms of Use complement any existing or future written agreements you may have with One Pice. Collectively, they constitute the complete understanding regarding your use of the Site. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and other agreements, the provisions of these Terms will prevail concerning your usage of the Site.
You agree to undertake any necessary actions or sign additional documents to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use. This may include waiving certain provisions if you belong to a union that governs your ability to enter into agreements related to your creative work. If you are submitting content on behalf of a group, you acknowledge that One Pice may require all group members to register or complete additional documentation. If any member fails to do so, One Pice may decide, at its discretion, that the group is ineligible.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE IS OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONE PICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL FUNCTION CONTINUOUSLY, SECURELY, OR PRIVATELY. OPERATIONAL FACTORS BEYOND THE COMPANY’S CONTROL MAY AFFECT THE SITE’S PERFORMANCE.
ONE PICE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES YOU OR OTHERS MAY EXPERIENCE DUE TO FAILURES IN COMMUNICATION, INCLUDING DELAYS OR INABILITY TO SEND, RECEIVE, ACCESS, OR PROCESS MESSAGES THROUGH THE SITE OR EMAIL. THIS ALSO EXTENDS TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OPERATIONAL ERRORS, MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR CHANGES TO THE SITE OR EMAIL SERVICES.
MOREOVER, ONE PICE DOES NOT MAKE ANY PROMISES THAT: (A) THE SITE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOU COMPUTER OR DEVICES; (B) THE SITE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS; (C) THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS; (D) INFORMATION ON THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY; (E) ANY DESIRED OUTCOMES WILL RESULT FROM USING THE SITE; (F) YOUR INTERACTION WITH THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR MALICIOUS SOFTWARE; OR (G) YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT INFRINGE ON THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. One Pice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue any services offered on the Site and to remove any content from the Site. Additionally, One Pice may terminate your access to any part or all of the services available on the Site at any time, with or without cause or prior notice, for any reason deemed appropriate.
If you hold copyright and believe that your protected material has been unlawfully reproduced, displayed, or distributed on the Site, please notify us in writing via registered mail at the address provided below. Your notice must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (as well as any relevant international intellectual property laws) and should include the following information as outlined in 17 U.S.C. § 512 (c)(3)(A):
1. A physical or electronic signature of someone authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if addressing several works, a representative list of those works.
3. Details identifying the material you claim is infringing, along with enough information to allow us to locate it on the Site.
4. Your contact information, including your mailing address, phone number, and, if possible, an email address where you can be reached.
5. A declaration stating that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their representative, or the law.
You acknowledge that no employment, partnership, agency, joint employer, or joint venture relationship exists between you and One Pice or its clients as a result of your use of the Site. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to any conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action arising from or related to these Terms must be exclusively filed in state or federal courts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of resolving any disputes.
The Site may be hosted in the United States or in other countries, and you should not access it from any location where doing so would violate local laws. Acknowledging the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local regulations regarding online conduct. Specifically, you will adhere to all applicable laws concerning the transmission of data exported from your country of residence to other locations worldwide.
One Pice does not guarantee that accessing the Site is lawful from your location. You are solely responsible for your actions when viewing, accessing, submitting, or downloading materials from the Site, and you assume all associated risks. You may not use, export, or create copies or adaptations of any materials in violation of applicable laws, including U.S. export regulations or those of your country of residence. The failure or delay of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
